How do I get paid?

As a gateway for the Kickstart scheme we are responsible for passing on wages and the set-up grant to your business. We use £500 of the £1500 to set up the funding and to support your kickstart employee with high quality training, so they can more easily find employment once the placement with you ends. The remaining £1000.00 of the grant is retained by you to be used for expenditure associated with the placement.
