Pre-Employment Training

Pre-Employment Training is an effective way of gaining required skills to gain employment within sectors where licensing is a requirement of entry.

Machlo has been instrumental in organising this type of training for over 10 years helping participants to train and then secure an interview for a role in their preferred industry.

Working across the UK, our course durations are between 5-7 days long and participants will learn a comprehensive range of theoretical and practical skills that provide valuable knowledge relevant to their chosen sector. This is then followed up with an introduction to one of our employer partners who are recruiting.

We provide everything needed – Tutors, venue, materials, and funding for any occupational licenses post course.

Our Pre-Employment Training programmes have supported over 3000 people to gain the skills and knowledge required to get a job in their chosen occupational area.
